Types of massage

Whether you are recovering from a long week at work or just want to indulge in much needed self care you can achieve full body relaxation with our Swedish massage. Available in 30, 60 or 90 minute sessions your massage therapist will use various massage techniques including long gliding strokes, to ease tension areas, relax away knots, and relieve stress leaving you feeling, relaxed, refreshed, and rejuvenated.

Deep tissue

Perfect for athletes and those with chronic pain, deep tissue techniques are used to reach the deeper area of the muscles and fascia. These techniques aim to break up scar tissue and physically break down muscle "knots" or adhesions (bands of painful, rigid tissue) that can disrupt circulation and cause pain, limited range of motion, and inflammation.

Hot Stone/Bamboo

Round, smooth stones are heated to a luxurious warmth, oiled and used in the palm of the hands to massage the body. Heat penetrates deeply, prompting profound relaxation, increased detoxification, and relief of long-standing muscular tension, stress and fatigue. Similarly you can opt for a warm bamboo massage. like a Hot Stone massage the heat from the bamboo penetrates the muscles deeper to relax away the tension and stress. the unique shape of the rods allows targeted penetration in your trouble spots

Cupping Therapy

Cupping Therapy

Cupping is a type of alternative therapy that originated in China. It involves placing cups on the skin to create suction. The suction may facilitate healing with blood flow. Cupping increases blood circulation to the area where the cups are placed. This may relieve muscle tension, which can improve overall blood flow and promote cell repair. It may also help form new connective tissues and create new blood vessels in the tissue. We offer cupping therapy to aid in injury recovery, cellulite treatments, and natural booty lifts.
